We may deidentify or aggregate personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, consistent with our SOC 2–aligned retention schedule.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information about a child, in particular any child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the below information to request that it be deleted.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and system monitoring. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee perfect security. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
