Stephanie Hendricks, CEO and Co-Founder
As CEO, Stephanie is responsible for ensuring that AiGent’s vision for and value to customers, teammates, partners, markets, investors, and regulators is fully realized. Stephanie brings unparalleled, mission-critical leadership to her role from her experiences as Chief Operating Officer at Voltus, AI product leader at NDimensional, and from her duty as a Naval Warfare Intelligence Officer with top secret military clearance. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard and completed ROTC Naval Operations training at MIT. Stephanie is a self-professed workaholic who enjoys squeezing intense workouts into her day and bringing her dog, Winnie, everywhere.

Francoise Parker, Chief Development Officer and Co-Founder
Fran is responsible for market and customer development, ensuring that customers have an opportunity to enjoy the full benefits of AiGent’s technology platform and offerings. Fran brings twenty years of energy market expertise and leadership enthusiasm to AiGent. If you’ve met Fran, you’ll never forget what you’ve learned about energy markets and the potential for you to turn your facility’s assets into earnings generators. Prior to AiGent Fran was the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Voltus, Director of Enterprise Sales at EnerNOC, and Vice President of Development at Negawatt. When Fran isn’t slinging MWs, she’s adventuring around the world with her family and friends.

Todd Krause, Chief Development Officer
Todd has more than 20 years of leadership experience connecting customers with the value of cutting edge energy technology platforms that deliver transformative value to commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. Todd brings to AiGent a unique combination of deep energy technology and market expertise and experience building and leading world-class sales teams at Voltus, Blue Pillar, and EnerNOC. As one of Todd’s favorite enterprise-class customers famously said, “If Todd calls me, I pick up, because he knows his stuff. I know that if he and his teams are representing a product then I’m going to want to buy it.” When Todd isn’t championing energy technologies he’s likely cheering on his alma mater Penn State Nittany Lions with his family in Happy Valley!

Bill Larkins, Chief Technology Officer, Board Director
Bill leads the design and development of AiGent's AI technology platform while providing strategic guidance as an AiGent board director. Bill has a proven, 30-year track record of applying his software, electrical engineering, and data science expertise to solve problems and build companies that have transformative impact at scale. Most relevant to AiGent, Bill developed the first-of-its-kind, patented hardware and software platform for DPP industry pioneer, EnerNOC that automated the dispatch of commercial and industrial distributed generation to deliver grid services for the first time. Bill has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from MIT and a bachelor’s degree in physics from MIT. When not envisioning a better future for all of humanity, Bill can be found (or not) in the wilderness enjoying good health, wild adventure, and the company of friends and family.

Gregg Dixon, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder
Gregg is a world-renowned expert in energy management and has been building scar tissue as a leader in the distributed energy resources (DER) industry for 25 years. He is responsible for setting the vision and building the foundation of AiGent for sustainable impact and profitability as a leading technology company. Prior to AiGent, Gregg was the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Voltus where he led the company from inception, raising over $200 million in capital, and building the world’s leading DER software platform. Prior to Voltus, Gregg was a founding executive of EnerNOC, where he lead all go-to-market functions as the SVP of Marketing and Sales for more than 11 years. Gregg cut his teeth in the DER industry as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for cogeneration pioneer, Hess Microgen, in 2001, developing combined heat and power systems throughout the US. Gregg holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and information processing from Boston College. Aside from maximizing quality time with family and friends, Gregg is actively attempting to rein in the pursuit of too many passions . . . very unsuccessfully.
